Guess what!

This morning Baqir who is 4 years old sent me a poem.

It is all about me.

This is the poem, I love it! Hope you do too.

Roly's cooking is scrummy

They end up in my tummy.

I think they are really yummy

And I cook them with my mummy!

Baqir has been making heart biscuits from the Mouse Club, think I might some too!

I am very excited today. Grandad has made a new game. It is called Mouse trails and is lots of fun. I'm sure lots of children will be able to beat me and get to the top of the score board.

Have you had fun in the snow?

I have. I was off school last week because it was closed.

Dad took me out in the snow when he finished work and we made a snowman. I hope you like it. We had lots of fun. When I got up this morning and looked out of the window my snowman was almost gone. I felt quite sad.

Did you make a snowman too? You can write and tell me all about it.

I have been very busy practising my school play, I bet you have too.

I'm getting very excited now, are you?

We have got a new Christmas tree and we put it up last night. Have you put your tree up yet? You can write and tell me all about it and what it looks like.

I had a great time at Red Mouse's Halloween party. We played lots of games and had some yummy food. It was great!

Red Mouse had 2 big pumpkins outside his front door. His dad had made them. He said it took him a long time. I wonder if Red Mouse helped.

We had to draw a picture of a pumpkin and colour it in. I wanted to show you my picture, hope you like it.

I'm off school this week and I am going to have lots of fun. Tomorrow grandma is looking after me and we are going to bake biscuits. She has made some orange icing so they will look like little pumpkins.

Red Mouse is having a halloween party on Saturday. I am so excited. I am going to dress up as a bat. It is a surprise though as I am going to visit grandma before I go to the party for trick or treat. She usually has lots of treats to give out to me and my friends.

My teacher, Miss Squeak was telling us that today is the first day of autumn. Have you noticed that the leaves are turning brown, red and orange? I am collecting lots of  different leaves and making a picture for my mum. I hope she will like it! Why don't you try to make one too? It's easy peasy!

Well done to Holly, the winner of the Bubble and Squeak birthday card competition! They loved how she used lots of different colours and sparkle! Thank you to everyone who sent a card in- they were all fantastic!

Bubble and Squeak had a great birthday! We played games, sang songs and ate lots of cake!

I've still got a week of the summer holidays left before I go back to school. I thought it would be fun to make my own Mouse Club magazine with everything I've done in the summer in. I used the colouring sheets from the Grown Ups area on The Mouse Club and wrote what I did next to them. It's great fun, you could try one too! I love the summer holidays, but if I can't go out and play I sometimes get bored!

The beach is one of my favourite plaves to visit, but mum said we couldn't go today so instead I am making sandcastles at home. I don't have any sand so I made some special sandcastles instead. Click here if you love making sandcastles and you want to make your own.

It is nearly Bubble and Squeak's birthday and I'm am running a competition to see who can make the best card.

Hip hip hooray! It's the holidays! I'm going to visit my aunt Belinda. She lives a long way away so we have to go on the train. It is quite a long journey so I'm going to take my snap cards. I can play with mum and dad, I hope I win!

It is nearly the summer holidays, I'm happy but I'm going to miss my school friends. I told my mum how I was feeling and she suggested that I make an address book. I thought it was a great idea- now I can talk to my friends over summer!

I was very naughty at the weekend. I was playing in the garden on my scooter when I saw Mr Hobbit's garden. He likes gardening very much and has a very full vegetable patch. He was growing leeks, carrots and cabbages and they looked so yummy that I couldn't stop myself from having a nibble.
I was enjoying myself so much that I didn't notice when Mr Hobbit came out into the garden. He was very angry with me for eating his vegetables and chased me out of his garden! I won't be doing that again!

Miss Squeak was telling us that this week is a special time for money called Money Week. We have been playing on a website called Fun to Save at school. Its really fun with lots of games and puzzles. To play, you choose a character to be, I like being the crab the best- check it out!

It was Father's Day at the weekend so I wanted to do something special for my dad. I made him a card and gave him breakfast in bed. He really liked it! I love my dad because we always have fun together. I like it best when we play in the garden with the football. Do you like the card I made him?

I went to the park with Red Mouse and Blue Mouse this weekend. It was very hot and the sun was shining very brightly. Mum called us to come and put some sun cream on but Blue Mouse wasn't listening, she wanted to play on the slide.
I played on my skateboard while Red Mouse went on the swings. We all had a great time.
By the end of the day Blue Mouse was so sun burnt that she looked like Red Mouse!

Grandad came round today. He was very excited because Professor Blink had sent another letter. He started the letter with 'ni hao' which Grandad said meant 'hello' in Chinese. He has been away now for a very long time. Right now, he is in China, a huge country, so there is lots to explore! He sent us this picture. It's of the Great Wall of China- the longest wall in the world!

I had a great time this weekend. I went over to Red Mouse's house and we had a barbeque and played football together. It was so sunny outside that I felt like I was on holiday! I was so hot in my furry coat!

I'm at home this week because its half term at school. I had lots of things planned but its raining outside so I have to stay in. It's ok though, I've been playing on the Mouse Club. I like playing on Mouse Hockey the best.

I’m looking forward to the weekend. I’m going swimming with Red and Blue Mouse on Sunday. I love splashing around in the water!
I’m going to the library too. Mum lets me take a book out each week. This time I might get Billy Goat’s Gruff. I’m always losing my page when I read though, so dad made me a Roly Bookmark. Why not try to make one too? You will never lose your page again! Click here to try and make your own.

I had lots of fun with Bubble and Squeak! They can't walk yet but they love to crawl everywhere so you have to watch them all the time to make sure they are safe.

Meal time with the twins is really messy. My mum was trying to feed them but baby food was flying everywhere! It went all over the twin's clothes, on my face and fur and all over the walls!

We were very happy when the twins went back to their family :-)

I’m very excited about this weekend because the twins Bubble and Squeak are coming to stay. They are only 9 months old and need lots of attention. I think me and mum are going to take them to the park, they can go on the swings and I’ll play on my skate board. I’ll tell you all about it on Monday.

It is a special day for families all over the world today, called the International Day of Families. It’s a great time to show your mum, dad or brothers and sisters how much you love them.  I was asking my mum about our family and finding out about my grandparents. We got another postcard from Professor Blink. He has been exploring Thailand. He went exploring into a cave, it was very dark and cold inside. He kept hearing strange noises above him so he shone his torch up to the cave ceiling. There were bats!Hundreds of bats!

Professor Blink wasn’t scared though, he knows all about bats. He told me that they sleep upside down. I tried to do this once, but I kept losing my balance and falling over!
Professor Blink’s postcard got me and grandad thinking about bats. We started to make a picture, I’ve made it into a dot to dot for you, can work out what it is? Click here to have a go.

Miss Squeak was telling us that it is Children's Day in Japan on Monday. In Japanese it is called    Kodomo-no-hi. There are big celebrations and families fly beautiful fish outside their houses. One kite for each child. I coloured in a fish and hung it on the door with a piece of string. Do you like it? Click here to try and make one too.

Today is the start of RSPCA week. The RSPCA help to look after animals, just like me. You can help too, why not leave food out for the baby birds? They get very hungry! If you have a pet, remember to be extra kind to them and make them feel special.

It’s a special day called The Big Read today. Mum was telling me about how books are great because you can use your imagination. Miss Squeak said it’s good to read too because it makes me better at spelling. My favourite book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Have you read it? He eats and eats and eats and then turns into a butterfly!

I had a great Easter weekend. We had an egg rolling competition at school. We decorated our eggs in bright colours. I wrote my name and drew stripes on mine so I could see it when it rolled down the hill. I took a picture before rolling it, do you like it?
We all lined up and waited for Miss Squeak to say ‘Ready Steady Go!'. Then we gently pushed our eggs down the hill. Red Mouse's egg was in the lead at first but it hit a rock and cracked. I didn't win but it was really good fun anyway!

Grandad had a postcard delivered yesterday. It was from his friend Professor Blink. He is travelling around the world. He loves exploring and going to interesting places.

His first stop was in Cambodia, in South East Asia, a long way from our mouse hole!
He has been snorkeling in the sea. Look at the fish he saw. I have never been snorkeling.The professor had to wear a special mask and flippers. He had a great time.

Grandad took me to an animal farm. It was great.
I saw some baby goats. They are called kids and were only 7 weeks old. They were very cute and Red Mouse wanted to take one of them home. Of course he can’t because they live on a farm not in a mouse hole! We had some special food for them and they loved it. We had to wash our hands carefully after we had fed them.

It’s a great way of telling you all about me and my friends. You will be able to read all about the fun we have in Mouse World. I am going to see grandad tomorrow. I wonder what we will do together. We always have lots of fun.
