We feel strongly that visitors and members of The Mouse Club should
be reassured that any personal information is secure whilst being transmitted to
us and that we look after the information and make sure it's held securely whilst
with us. We only ask for information which we need and we never pass that information
on to anyone else.
The information we collect consists of your email address and the details you give
us if you place an order for goods. If your child joins the Mouse Club you can choose
whether or not you want to receive a regular mouseletter by email. Similarly, as
a parent or provider you can choose to subscribe to our email newsletter service.
We will not send out any material to you unless you have joined or subscribed.
We need to collect information about you in order to accept your child's membership
of the Mouse Club, to send you provider or parent newsletters and to process orders.
We keep this information safe by using SSL software which securely encrypts data
before it is sent to us. We also follow the procedures required of us by the UK
Data Protection Act to make sure that no-one can make unauthorised access to your
data.
